Does anyone know if the Community Center has tubs/containers to ice the waters/sodas? If not, do any of you have ice chests that we can use? I have one but it’s pretty small. Also, I have about 60 disposable plastic tumblers (10oz) that I can bring if needed.

Good morning all,
Just want to clarify that what our jobs are for the Holiday Party:
Lisa — Ordered food from Taco Guy and will be there to receive and set it up with them. Case of sparking apple cider
Michael — will bring tablecloths and napkins and table decorations that he has on hand
Richard — Dessert—sheet cakes to feed the group. Probably 2
Sherry — Coffee and tea. Will purchase and set up decanters for coffee and hot water. Also need sugar and creamer
Kathy — Publicity (nice job)
MoJo — Directing and myriad other things.
Angela — I don’t have you down for anything. I assume you will be there by 11 to help with set up.
Miriam — Taking reservations and money issues
Linda — Will you be there to help set up as well?
We also need bottled water, at least 2 cases of the small bottles. I can ask Elliot unless someone on this list wants to take care of this.
Please confirm that we are all on board with the above so it flows well.

Pasadena San Gabriel Unit
Save the date! The unit *holiday party* will be held on *Sunday,
December 10*, at the beautiful Arcadia Community Center. Lunch and
dessert will be served. This year we're expecting delicious catering of
tacos and treats, and we're lowering the cost to $30 per player. At this
fee, the unit expects to spend a bit more than we'll take in, and that
will be our holiday gift to the members. Of course there will be a
bridge game, and it will be a Sectional Tournament at Clubs game!
We'll be sending a flier for the holiday party with more information
sometime in the next few weeks by email, and look for fliers posted at
the Arcadia Bridge Center and the Pasadena Bridge Club. Advance ticket
purchase and reservations are required, so we can plan how much food and
beverage to provide. Miriam Harrington will be taking reservations, or
talk to any board member.
Our next unit games will be held on *November 5* at the Pasadena Bridge
Club and *November 19* at the Arcadia Bridge Center. Game time is 12:30.
