Good morning all,
Just want to clarify that what our jobs are for the Holiday Party:
Lisa — Ordered food from Taco Guy and will be there to receive and set it up with
them. Case of sparking apple cider
Michael — will bring tablecloths and napkins and table decorations that he has on hand
Richard — Dessert—sheet cakes to feed the group. Probably 2
Sherry — Coffee and tea. Will purchase and set up decanters for coffee and hot water.
Also need sugar and creamer
Kathy — Publicity (nice job)
MoJo — Directing and myriad other things.
Angela — I don’t have you down for anything. I assume you will be there by 11 to help
with set up.
Miriam — Taking reservations and money issues
Linda — Will you be there to help set up as well?
We also need bottled water, at least 2 cases of the small bottles. I can ask Elliot
unless someone on this list wants to take care of this.
Please confirm that we are all on board with the above so it flows well.

Diet Coke is by far the most popular soda at my club, and these days it
comes in "mini" packs of 10 -- smaller cans instead of 12oz. A couple of
those would probably satisfy the room. Maybe even one pack of 10. You
could probably not get anything else, and they'd be okay. (I'll take any
that are left over.)

Lisa, do I need to purchase paper cups for the coffe and tea? Would also
like to know how many coffer pots we will be using. Also, is anyone getting
soda? I do think we shoud offer some, or is that too expensive?
