Thank you for asking for board input. I prefer the 12/06 date but I don’t
know enough about how the competing events may impact attendance.

Just wanting some clarification on our Holiday Party. We had settled on
December 6, 2026 as our Holiday Party, which is the first Sunday and a Unit
game day. I want to send in the application for the Community Room but
double checked that Nationals in San Diego ends on that day. Do you think
it’s a conflict and we should change the date by one week? Unfortunately,
the following Sunday is the start of Palm Springs!
What are your thoughts so I can reserve the room for us?
Also, just to verify that we are holding two unit games in August on the
2nd and the 16th, as well as the sectional on the 22/23? Any issues with
this, Mojo??
