Well I was mistaken ... in order to designate an alternate host for the
meeting, that user has to have a Zoom license, a.k.a., paid account.
Is that none of you? :)

As I understand Zoom, I can host for 40 min free, then stop and immediately start a new 40
min meeting,....

I talked with Miriam, and she said the board will pay for the zoom account, after all it
is board business. So Jan, go ahead and set it up and you will be reimbursed.

I appreciate your offering for the board to pay for the Zoom. I don’t feel in good
conscience I can take it because it was my call tooter the meeting by this means rather
than live, so we’re all set, and I look forward to seeing you and all the rest of the
