So I checked out the Jackie Robinson Auditorium, which is the room I believe we should
use. Sounds like the largest. It is $48/hour so for 7 hours will be $336 with a
refundable security deposit of $254.00, meaning we pay $590.00 now.
I have never seen it and don’t know about the tables and chairs but can make a call there
tomorrow. Obviously much less expensive.
Our date is available as of now, as is most of December
Thoughts?

I don’t believe the room I was speaking of is the auditorium but the largest community
room with the kitchen attached. They also have a Gym, which may also be the auditorium ,
as the chairs are movable. It’s close enough to the Club to stop by and have a look.
