[Unit559board] Over/Under game

Attached is a drastic update of the Over/Under game I presented at our last Unit Board meeting. Upon further consideration, I decided that the purpose of this event is to have experienced players teach novice players. That being the case, I revised the process to identify true novice players (Unders) who are interested in pairing up with an experienced player so they could learn bridge principles. This means that some of the usual unit game players will be unable to participate in this event because they have achieved some level of expertise and are no longer "novices".  Then, based on the number of Unders who sign up for the game, we, the Board, will identify experienced players (Overs) to pair up with the Unders. This unfortunately excludes unit players who are not Unders or Overs, but it addresses the purpose of the game to be an educational moment for beginning bridge players. Please let me know what you think. We probably need to start signups for the Under list by June 1st (latest) so that we can ensure that there are enough participants to make this event a success.
