Please look at the attached before we meet again. I have guessed at 120 tables and put a price in of $14/person per game. Just for the sake of the budget. Did not include cost for the caddies for the team games or what else?? And I have only included 1 Assistant TD. All costs are from this year so could be higher next year.
Hi Lisa, Is the underlying attendance assumption: 4 sessions with an average of 30 tables at each? From the Unit's past experience (e.g. LaSalle), is this conservative, reasonable, a reach? Is it a given that we have to pay travel expenses for a Tournament Director. Is this transportation hotel & meals? If so can we find a local tournament director (e.g. Peter Knee -- who may be fully retired)? Don, I am just guessing amount of people. We had 103 tables for this years. We have to have an ACBL tournamnt director abd yes, that mean travel and notel. John lived in san diego so he drove here. I have never seen a budget or accounting for La Salle. Sent from my iPad

I was observing, not questioning or criticizing. Conservative is fine, especially when the attendance estimate shows an anticipated profit.............. Don Donald K. I'd be happy if our director from this year John Coulombe were available for next year. ACBL paid his driving mileage, we paid for an inexpensive hotel room. Brandon Schuemaker is about our only somewhat local director. He could drive to the event, but it's a fairly long drive. And maybe by next year we'll have new directors available. :) Mojo On 9/11/24 3:36 PM, Katherine Cresto wrote:
