Don, I am just guessing amount of people. We had 103 tables for this years. We have to have an ACBL tournamnt director abd yes, that mean travel and notel. John lived in san diego so he drove here. I have never seen a budget or accounting for La Salle. Sent from my iPad

Is the underlying attendance assumption: 4 sessions with an average of 30 tables at each? From the Unit's past experience (e.g. LaSalle), is this conservative, reasonable, a reach? Is it a given that we have to pay travel expenses for a Tournament Director. Is this transportation hotel & meals? If so can we find a local tournament director (e.g. Peter Knee -- who may be fully retired)?

And I have only included 1 Assistant TD. All costs are from this year so could be higher next year.
