Hi Lisa, Is the underlying attendance assumption: 4 sessions with an average of 30 tables at each? From the Unit's past experience (e.g. LaSalle), is this conservative, reasonable, a reach? Is it a given that we have to pay travel expenses for a Tournament Director. Is this transportation hotel & meals? If so can we find a local tournament director (e.g. Peter Knee -- who may be fully retired)?
