It's going to need a little cleanup ... blinds, ceiling tiles, lights, carpet, and
such. I'm expecting the landlord to do most, then we'll swoop in with art,
tables, chairs, internet, displays, etc.
It's the calm before the storm just now. 🙂
Testing different table covers now.
