If Freddy is interested, he should have a discussion directly with Diane. We the Board do
not own the club, and quite frankly, I have no interest in owning a club or participating
in running a club. I am with MoJo. However, if Freddy bought it, it would be an
independent club under Unit 559, as Diane was.
We have a Board meeting on April 8th and if the majority of the Board wants to do this,
then they can take it on, but it is not what I signed up for. Running a business takes a
lot of work.
I will put it on the agenda and the Board can decide whether or not they want to do this
and in what way.
BTW, the Unit owns the bidding boxes. They are the only thing we would want if Diane
closes the club.
