Hi Lisa, Is the underlying attendance assumption: 4 sessions with an average of 30 tables at each? From the Unit's past experience (e.g. LaSalle), is this conservative, reasonable, a reach? Is it a given that we have to pay travel expenses for a Tournament Director. Is this transportation hotel & meals? If so can we find a local tournament director (e.g. Peter Knee -- who may be fully retired)? I have guessed at 120 tables and put a price in of $14/person per game. Just for the sake of the budget. Did not include cost for the caddies for the team games or what else?? And I have only included 1 Assistant TD. All costs are from this year so could be higher next year.
