I do like the idea of a free play and think members always appreciate a
gift. I don't, however, think we need another board meeting to discuss.
Can't we finalize any details via email?

to everyone that day. We have the money and it would be nice to have a

I am on a plane this morning and out of town for two weeks but would like
to hear your thoughts on this.
