There’s a lot of ifs here, Roy. Let Fredy negotiate with Diane and approach the board
himself if he wants to move forward.
Until we hear directly from Fredy I am closing this discussion

the board is to promote bridge, and specifically item C in the bylaws:
C. To promote the development and organization of affiliated clubs within the Unit.
If Fredy can find a way to keep the Bridge Center open, the unit board should strive to
help him. One way to do that is with a zero interest loan to help him with tables,
chairs, etc.
