Dear board,
I am attaching the minutes and copy of latest bank statement since we do have financials.
I am in Zlaguna and have been warned by Cox that power may be turned off on Sunday and
Monday because of Santa Ana winds so if I cant get on, Richard cannrun the meeting with
the agenda and these documents.
