[Unit559board] Re: Revised By Laws

Dear Board, I will be sending out e letter to all Unit members this week, along with a copy of the revised By Laws, and OPTIN letter for the directory. Blanks for the OPT IN letter have already been left at MoJo’s club and I have a stack to go to Diane’s as well. I will be at the Unit game on Sunday and if someone could take them to diane’s next week and explain what they are, I would very much appreciate that. Also, I have made one change to the ByLaws and would like your consent to approve this change before the letter goes out. I see no reason to be required to have a meeting at least 10 times per year and would like this changed to a minimum of 6 times per year. Of course, if we need a meeting we can call it, but every month seems like a lot. Please send me your approval of this change or your comments on it aSAP because I cannot send this package without your approval. I will attach the Revised ByLaws here with the change I have made. Again, I cannot send out the package without you approving this change because amending the ByLaws requires Board consensus.
