Good morning Board, I wanted to update you on a few items and se if you think we need a meeting to discuss these things or if we can basically vote online. 1. Our Sectional for August 9-10 is off. Orange County applied for the same weekend and got their ducks in order faster than we did and they are refusing to allow us to have ours the same weekend. So Mojo has asked for the extra room in his club for the weekend of August 23-24 and we would like to move our Sectional there. I will be applying to the acbl for the sanction today. So what say you all about this move? There are no other dates at Arcadia through the end of the year for a weekend. 2. The Long Beach Regional is the first week of July and many of us will be playing. MoJo has asked that we do not have a unit game on the first Sunday, which is July 6th, as it is the last day of the Regional. Does anyone have any issue with this? Or we could hire an alternate director and see if we could get a game. Please let me know your thoughts. If you think we need a meeting for discussion of these times, let me know. I think the first is straightforward, and the second will come down to a majority vote. Please let me know your thoughts ASAP. Lisa
