[Unit559board] Membership Roster

It is my understanding that ALL MEMBERS of unit 559 should have the opportunity to be represented in the Membership Roster not just those that have email addresses. Have all members been contacted that don't have email addresses either by phone or letter? Also, I don't believe we voted to exclude our rankings from the roster that has been available for years.
