My opinion: One club is NOT sufficient. We have many players who come from Glendora,
Azusa, Covina, etc, and the Pasadena club is a wonderful addition to our bridge world, but
it is a 45-60 minute drive for those of us who live in these communities ….and even longer
after the game is over.

replace the Bridge Center, but I want to remind all of you that one of the main purpose of
the board is to promote bridge, and specifically item C in the bylaws:
C. To promote the development and organization of affiliated clubs within the Unit.
If Fredy can find a way to keep the Bridge Center open, the unit board should strive to
help him. One way to do that is with a zero interest loan to help him with tables,
chairs, etc.
