This menu is for Tritip, chicken mashed potatoes salad and breadsticks. Remember we aren’t ordering for every head coming so that decreases cost per head. It doesn’t matter to me what the costs are as it seems we have the money, and if we are not spending money on gifts or a raffle we have more for food. That being said, I think adding dessert, service, tax and delivery is going to add at LEAST $15/pp before the other costs that you listed.
