I keep meaning to send you the minutes of the board meeting on 10/27/25.
Sorry I don’t know everyone’s last name.
The meeting was called to order at 10:55 am. In attendance were Abby,
Laurie, Kathy, Kim, Lisa, Liza, Toban, Jon, Gloria and Sherry.
1. Sherry moved to charge $35 pp for the Christmas party. Laurie
seconded and the motion passed.
2. Kim reported that we were asked to sponsor a game at Nationals in San
Diego at a cost of $750. Laurie moved to decline to sponsor this game.
Jon seconded and the board voted not to sponsor this game.
3. The next meeting is 1/12/26.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:05 am.
