For me the menu is not coming up clearly, but is there any option for perhaps offering fewer food options and reducing the cost? It doesn’t matter to me what the costs are as it seems we have the money, and if we are not spending money on gifts or a raffle we have more for food. That being said, I think adding dessert, service, tax and delivery is going to add at LEAST $15/pp before the other costs that you listed. Obviously a budget will be helpful, but my guess is that it will be more than $5/pp in the hole

Looks like the food package for the Holiday party is $20.29 per person. This does not include dessert or a server or delivery. I think we can safely say this will be around $32-33 per person with tax and tip added in. The other costs are for the drinks, site rental, director and holiday decorations maybe . I will do a budget when I get home from Oregon, but I am thinking, especially since we are ordering way less food than the head count, that we could be in the hole around $5/person. That does not seem too bad, but again, I will do an updated budget when I get back.
