[Unit559board] June 5th Board meeting

Good morning Board, As I sat down to prepare an agenda for Monday’s meeting, I realized that we don’t really have anything major to discuss at a Board meeting. The Over/Under game flyers are out, the By Laws are still waiting for us to come up with how to define a quorum, and I have not had a chance with Richard to review the Standing Rules, but that is not urgent. Unless someone has something urgent to discuss, I suggest we cancel Monday’s meeting and look to the next month. What say you? Lisa
