Good morning all, Just want to clarify that what our jobs are for the Holiday Party: Lisa — Ordered food from Taco Guy and will be there to receive and set it up with them. Case of sparking apple cider Michael — will bring tablecloths and napkins and table decorations that he has on hand Richard — Dessert—sheet cakes to feed the group. Probably 2 Sherry — Coffee and tea. Will purchase and set up decanters for coffee and hot water. Also need sugar and creamer Kathy — Publicity (nice job) MoJo — Directing and myriad other things. Angela — I don’t have you down for anything. I assume you will be there by 11 to help with set up. Miriam — Taking reservations and money issues Linda — Will you be there to help set up as well? We also need bottled water, at least 2 cases of the small bottles. I can ask Elliot unless someone on this list wants to take care of this.
