[Unit559board] director's report restated

The official director's report makes sense to ACBL accounting, but it's a jumble of things to make sense of. I tried doing a restatement of it that matches up with the numbers from the report. And it has a nice bottom line. :) The important thing to note from the original report is that the "MONEY DUE TO ACBL" is a negative number, which is to say, they will pay the Unit directly as an EFT.
