For me: Make eight board sets, six for the first session, two for
the second. (I'll make more during lunch for the second session.)
Gloria is bringing signs. I couldn't tell her what we needed exactly, but now I know it'd be nice to have section signs, i.e., "Section B -->" down the hall, Sections A and C will be in the main club.
Our director-in-charge will be arriving sometime Friday afternoon, so we'll be setting up his desk for entry sales, computer, printer (John are you bringing a printer?), Bridgemate server, etc.
We'll decide how to divvy up the sections and have everything laid out for Saturday morning.
I'll probably be at the club at 8:30 on Saturday, but if
everything seems ready on Friday night, maybe I'll sleep in an
extra half hour. :)
