Dear Board, We will need to have a meeting before the Holiday Party. Can you all be available on Monday October 30th at 7 PM for a Zoom meeting? Michael, if you have some financials, we need to see them or at least get a verbal update on what is going on. I have the minutes already from the last meeting. I have ordered the food for the taco truck and put a deposit down. We need to talk about drinks and dessert, and need volunteers to chair that. Also, we need to know what tablecloths we have and decorations we have. Michael, I think you have them in storage. Also, do we want to have a raffle or any kind of gift for the members? If so, someone needs to step up and take care of that. Please respond and let me know if you will be available for this meeting.
