Wow. Mojo,
That’s pretty wild. I was going to contact you to tell you I’d love to meet whenever it works for you.  What a blessing he was wearing gloves.  This is an uncharted time.

AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO SOUTH BAY BRIDGE CLUB MEMBERS

Dear Members,

The club has just been notified that Ed Piken has tested positive for the coronavirus. He played at the club on Wednesday,  March 11 at the 11:30 game.  He was asymptotic and wore gloves the entire time.

If you are not feeling well, please get tested.  If you are worried about your possible exposure, please telephone your physician and ask for advice.

I was the director on Wednesday. I will self-quarantine for the next 2 weeks.  I feel well and do not have any symptoms. Here is a link to an article about self-quarantining:

https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/coronavirus/coronavirus-social-distancing-and-self-quarantine

We are sending out this message so that you can make decisions about your actions based on information and not rumor.  Please notify me at sbbc.club.manager@gmail.com if you do become ill so that we can make sure all people have information about possible exposure.

I am truly sorry to have to send out such news, but I hope that nobody was exposed because the player had no symptoms during the game and wore gloves.

Sheryl Kohlhoff, Club Manager
