Glad you all want it on the 15th.  That is available but we need to sign a contract.  She wants me to come on Monday but I won’t have a car that day.  Is anyone available to go sign the contract and get a check from Miriam and put down the deposit?  Otherwise, I can’t do it until after the first of the year.  I can do it in January.
