I will be on a cruise ship to Mexico, and will not be back till 4 Nov. As far as the financials I met with Miriam, and turned over all the dats to her. Have settled with Mojo and Diane for the last 2 Unit games, and will collect the money for the game on Sunday and will pay Mojo and Diane, the remainder I will settle with Miriam, next week before my trip. She is working on reconciling the financial stuff.

Michael, if you have some financials, we need to see them or at least get a verbal update on what is going on. I have the minutes already from the last meeting.

I have ordered the food for the taco truck and put a deposit down. We need to talk about drinks and dessert, and need volunteers to chair that. Also, we need to know what tablecloths we have and decorations we have. Michael, I think you have them in storage.

Also, do we want to have a raffle or any kind of gift for the members? If so, someone needs to step up and take care of that.
