I just spoke to Stephanie, the manager of marketing at ACBL. 

She indicated that we are a 501C4, not for profit

cannot provide any documentation to give to a vendor

we can offer to advertise their product

ask them what they want in return, i.e., signage, etc.

We can provide demographics on our audience
