Hi all ... Jan and I are putting together a formal unit board
meeting for next week. We're going to use Zoom teleconferencing.
I'm a little new to Zoom myself, so practicing is a good thing.
I know you generally have to install the Zoom app on a phone or
computer. If you have a mic and camera, it will need permission to
access them. It's probably good to do those things in advance of the
meeting so you know they all work.
I've set up some practice meetings, one for tomorrow (Thursday) at
11:00 a.m. and again Friday at 11:00 a.m.
You can join early if you like, and we can just make sure everything
works.
I'm still getting used to how to create the meetings and send
invitations. If you use Google Calendars, I can invite you to the
meeting there.
You should be able to get to the Thursday meeting from this link:

I set a password for the meeting of "7ntxx"
Since this is my first zoom meeting, if any of you see me do
something obviously wrong, please let me know.
