Good morning Roy and thank you for reaching out to me.  Yes I’m interested but have a lot of questions.  Where would the location be?  Still at the same place?  What are the circumstances that happened with the parking and everything if it is still gonna be at the same place. How much is rent, and what other stipulations are there?
