Hi Fernando, 

Our party begins at noon for lunch.  I would like to remove the Tortilla chips and guacamole appetizer, and the drinks.  Trying to bring the budget down.  So the tortilla chips per quest of $1 and the guac on site of $2 is still in there, right? 

What does that bring our quote to?  And we would pay with either debit or credit.
