I looked at the contract. How many tables would that room accomodate? I see they have a kitchen we could use as well. It will probably be easier to cater something than try and prepare a meal there. Are we thinking about serving liquor, and then needing a liquor license?
It says that they rent to non-profits; are we considered a non-profit organization? Are you sure that they will rent to us? It doesn’t look like they allow private parties or weddings, etc. in that space.
Just wondering about the above.

Hi Gang,
I called Arcadia Center and January 9, 2022 IS available. If we’re interested, thy want a signed contract in 10 days. I believe we can get the full ballroom for $450.00 and a 6 hour limit. We would not be able to hold 2 games, but it would provide a place for a nice party. Please look it over, read the FINE PRINT and let me know what you think. Marianne got back to me again and is still checking San Gabriel Country Club.
