There is an onsite kitchen you can use to cook and the serving will be in the dining room.  This is a bridge game so the game will start at 1 PM promptly and all serving will be complete at this time. 

Current guest count is 75 people.  Total cost it $1216.00.  I will be making the $200 deposit.  

I am leaving for vacation tomorrow Monday until October 11 so would appreciate getting this tomorrow or will be delayed paying deposit until October 11.

We would like to move forward with booking your service for December 10th at the Arcadia Community Center,  365 Campus Drive, Arcadia, CA  91007 , to start serving at 12:00PM.  

Our quote is for 100 people, but checking our records, last year we only had 75, so I would like to book this one for 75 people (please give me a new quote) and please tell me when I need to give you a firm number.  There could be more.

Our party begins at noon for lunch.  I would like to remove the Tortilla chips and guacamole appetizer, and the drinks.  Trying to bring the budget down.  So the tortilla chips per quest of $1 and the guac on site of $2 is still in there, right? 

What does that bring our quote to?  And we would pay with either debit or credit.
