I vote for calling it a “Holiday” party and there definitely was a raffle last year. I didn’t win anything but was the recipient of a free play in Arcadia courtesy of a winner who was not in our Unit! It will be extra work for board members to solicit donations for a raffle so I’ll do whatever the board decides

If we do raffles like we did years ago, every Board member would be required to donate a rather nice prize (for example when I won a prize it was a basket containing a bottle of Kahlua , a mug, cheese, etc. which must have cost the donor a lot) for the raffle. I suspect many Board members (including me)would not be in favor of that.
