I think we would get more interest with a stac game, so let's change the date. Also I think the unit should absorb the extra sanction fee expenses.

The only STaC on the calendar for D23 runs Oct 31 - Nov 6. If we decide to move the Unit Game to Nov. 6, we can make it a STaC game. Extra sanction fee expense. (Charge more?)
