My assessment of the two of these that I reviewed is that the content and general formatting is very nice. They show a lot of thought and effort.
However, the number of capitalized words is unnecessary and very distracting (looks like the CAPS LOCK got stuck here and there). I’d reserve caps for special terms and words to which we want to bring particular attention. Alternatively, we could just capitalize everything……….
I did proposed revisions on two of the four attachments (attached) which you can review, assess, and comment on for what they are worth.

No, this is not a problem caused by an aging computer nor an aging webmaster.

Having the national director is not going to be as expensive as he envisioned as he lives in San Diego County and has already paid for his room, so we would have to pay that anyway. MoJo is suggesting and I agree that we stay with John as our TD, hire Paula Olivares as the second director and keep MoJo as a third director to deal with the dealing machines and Bridgemates and site issues. First, John Coulombe is from San Marcos in northern San Diego county. We're on the hook for mileage (I didn't find out $/mi) and hotel. John has already spent about $200 for a Pasadena hotel room. Either way, this is way below my nightmares of him flying from somewhere.
So we may not be looking at as much of a savings as I thought, especially at this point, where he's already spent the hotel money.
And again, another cost of switching is that the masterpoint awards get cut to 80% of a full sectional.
If we kept our sectional a Championship event, I might suggest hiring Paula (if she's willing) so we have two assistants. That would leave one of us to do things like duplicate boards for the next session (we need four board sets each session!). That would add $400 I think.
