The BBO outage Tuesday evening, May 25, caused dozens of Virtual Club games (in all stages of completion) to fail.
Virtual Clubs and players are of utmost importance to BBO and they pledged to correct the hardware failures and be proactive with backup servers and redundancy. We all hope this never happens again.
