We have Open games today starting at 9:45 and 4:15. Come play if you
can!
Dave White will be directing for me today, I'm going to enjoy a day
off. :)
Online bridge classes are going well. I'm holding a Zoom seminar
Sunday afternoon at 3:30 on playing socially on Bridge Base Online.
I'm going to show how to make a table with your friends, and how to
invite the robots to play. I'll give some tips on managing the
robot's bidding system as well.
I have a nice group coming. If you'd like to join in, drop me a
note.
Thursday evening's game had this hand:

Two tables passed the hand out. I thought all four tables might pass
it out. But no! In a win for playing 10-12 opening 1NT bids, the
Teukolskys opened and played in 1NT making 2.
Another table opened the west hand, second seat, with 1C and landed
in 1NT, but didn't score the overtrick. The opening lead was the
same, the spade 2.
It might have been interesting to see how this board plays with a
few hundred tables. Or not! Would you have opened this hand? :)
