Last week, with the regional in progress, we didn't have enough players turn out for the Open game at 12:30. That's a shame, because this is one of the best games for masterpoint awards on the schedule! I usually have 4-5 tables for the Newcomer game, so a 5-table open game as a Howell movement can pay like a 13-table open game!
