Did I mention I'd built a new email server? It had to be done.
Part of the cost was having all of my email to Verizon customers
delayed for almost 24 hours. That includes Yahoo and AOL mail
accounts as well. :(
When a machine at a new internet address appears on the net sending
email in bunches (as if from a mailing list), they automatically put
that machine on probation until someone can check it out. I had
hopes that wouldn't happen. My previous mail server had a
well-protected "reputation" as a good email citizen. But they
wouldn't know.
In any case, the logjam appears to be broken now. We had a great
turnout for the Saturday games!
We have a great Sunday Open Pairs game at 12:30. If you'd
