Hey all ... I have eight players for some Christmas bridge today. I'm
setting up a game with check-in at 3:30 and playing at 4:00 that's
purely for fun. No director, no masterpoints, no charge.
We're going to play on RealBridge, where you'll be able to see and chat
with your table mates. No Zoom involved, it's built into the browser.

We have room for more players. It's just a Christmas card game. We'll
play for about 90 minutes (12 hands). If you have other friends or

I just completed a class with PCC Extension on "Competitive Bidding"
last week on Tuesday evening.
I have a stack of eight hands left from the class to play and practice
with, so I'm offering that for a couple of hours this evening, starting
at 7:15.

Did I mention I'd built a new email server? It had to be done.
Part of the cost was having all of my email to Verizon customers delayed
for almost 24 hours. That includes Yahoo and AOL mail accounts as well. :(
When a machine at a new internet address appears on the net sending
email in bunches (as if from a mailing list), they automatically put
that machine on probation until someone can check it out. I had hopes
that wouldn't happen. My previous mail server had a well-protected
"reputation" as a good email citizen. But they wouldn't know.
In any case, the logjam appears to be broken now. We had a great turnout
for the Saturday games!
