Tonight at 7:15 let's play 12 hands of bridge!
Reservations required please! Bring your favorite partner, or let me
know and I may be able to find you one.
The hands we play on Wednesday evening and Saturday afternoon are
/randomly shuffled/. I generate the hands using a remarkable deal
generator that's capable of creating every possible bridge hand, which
is an astounding feat!
If you're curious about generating bridge hands, I wrote a feature

out. It also has a glimpse of the machine that I use in a real bridge
club to generate hands. :)
Our hands on Wednesday evening are played both in our game and the Open
Pairs game that starts at 7:30 (which is one reason why it's not allowed
to watch ACBL games in progress). After the game (by 10:00 anyway) it's
possible to compare how you bid and played a hand with how more
experienced players bid and played a hand.
