Play of the Hand Course

I'm offering a six-lesson course on Declarer Play, starting next week!

Tuesday afternoons, 3:00 p.m. 'til 4:30 p.m.
July 28 through Sept. 1
Course fee $120

This is an online course, using a Zoom meeting, and special software for teaching groups. Amazingly enough, the online methods we use may be even more effective than table play for improving your declarer play!

To join the course you'll need a computer with microphone and camera, with a good quality broadband internet connection. You must be able to run Zoom and a web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, or Safari) alongside Zoom.

Class is open to as many as 24 students. No partner required! No special accounts needed on any service.

Class topics:

Making a plan
Developing tricks -- Promotion and length
Developing tricks -- The Finesse
Eliminating losers -- Ruffing and Discarding
Watching out for entries
Watching out for the opponents

We're still putting together a full calendar of online Bridge Basics classes through PCC Extension, starting with an Introduction to Bridge on Tuesday evening August 25.
