Lisa, The letter looks good to me. I did note that you said your contact information was at the bottom of the letter for potential new board members to contact you, but I didn’t see that information on the draft you sent. Lisa, I apologize in advance for missing Monday’s meeting. I didn’t know the board meetings are the first Monday of the month when I signed up. Cory and I are in the Pasadena Rotary book club that also meets the first Monday of the month. I have been missing the book club on days when there is a board meeting but this month we are hosting the book club at our house and I will need to be present.
