The bridgemates and bidding boxes are at the club. All is accounted for. We never decided on the dates for expanded lunches. Do you want to make it the first Sunday of the month? If so, who would like to do September? We forgot to talk about changing the game time on the 16th to 11:30. I have to ask mojo because it changes the sanction of the game. As I said, I need to confer with Mojo about this and knowing it’s in September allows us the time to let our payers know. I will get back to you with his reply. Also, Pat is going to do the first lunch in September and Sherna has volunteered for November. Who would like to do October? December oil the holiday party so no need there. We need volunteers for January and February. March is the Election party and we do that up anyway. Then a new Board will come in and a new schedue will be made up. Thanks a.

I think it would be helpful to all if we knew how many people you plan to serve when ordering the lunch. I know not everyone eats and some just a small serving, so to get the quantity right, what is the number of people you plan to serve when you order Vallarta or the salad we just had? My findings show what Miriam already stated. No Jewish Holiday on 8/16. September 20th is different which Jon addressed. Our unit game is usually over by 3:45 so there should not be any conflict on the 20th to meet their obligations by 6:00pm. Trying to get the time change is very complicated. I vote to change the time to 11:30am, out of respect for those that requested the time change. Yom Kippur is the holiest Jewish holiday, and those that practice fast from sundown on the 20th until sundown the 21st. They'll want to go home and eat before getting ready to attend services.
