Attached is your tentative catering quote for review.

Our full-service catering includes linens for serving tables, all required serving equipment (chafing dishes, sternos, salad bowls, and utensils), and complimentary paper goods (plates, napkins, and cutlery).

Based on your menu and guest count, we will assign 1 server(s) for 3 hours on-site to handle buffet setup, buffet-style service, and clean-up. Any remaining food will be packaged for your convenience, and all service-related trash will be removed.

For proper buffet setup, we kindly request two (2) standard rectangular tables (6–8 ft) per buffet.
